Review summary

Had a nice voyage on this ship to Cuba. Embarkation in Port Canaveral took about 45 minutes. We were disappointed to see only one general line and no Latitudes members priority check in. The ship looks good after the 2018 dry dock. The crew were friendly. We had a spa treatment which was worth the money. The open bar was very easy to order from with a huge selection of free alcohol including Grey Goose. There were several game shows and other activities around the ship. The cruise director was a little annoying and she always had refer to her ethnicity at every event which is not appropriate. The food was average and we were upset to see that Prime Rib was never offered. You do not need to book a shore excursion in Cuba with the ship no matter how many times they try to pressure you and there are plenty of free guided walking tours that you can find with a Google search that meets the law. I recommend purchasing the Visa through the cruise line since it's the same price everywhere. Overall we had a good time, but were not impressed with all aspects of the voyage.
