Not one of Norwegians best cruise ships

The Norwegian Sun left a lot to be desired in the Buffet department. You had no choice other than to go to the Seven Seas and the Four Seasons restaurants and leave the so called buffet to those who don't care about food quality. It's not about quantities but QUALITY . The upscale restaurants actually saved our cruise and gave us an enjoyable dining experience. Those 2 restaurants did not warrant a cover charge. The stateroom attendants not very attentive in addressing issues like a toilet seat that was not tightened down. They see you come and go and always smile and address you as mr ????? or miss ????? and that is all nice BUT personal cabin service is what we are looking for. Rooms sometimes didn't get made up till 4 in the afternoon. when you come in from the pool and you are there while they make up the room. The entertainment was NOT very exciting at all. The Norwegian Jewel is definitely a much better pick than the Norwegian Sun.  We spoke to some first-time cruisers and they had a wonderful time. But if you know anything about cruising you would find this to be substandard. 

Don't get me wrong...we are not highfalutin people but we've cruised enough times before and we know what cruising should be. This ship just did not cut it.
