Review summary

The ship had many areas for enjoyment. The main restaurants were nicely appointed. The Food was not quite up to the exceptional standard we have enjoyed on other Cruise Lines. Some of the venues, Library and Card room were too small for this size ship and not easily found. Also, the Card room was often used for meetings and an even smaller section of the room was left for games. Our interior room was very nice and roomy, which was a real benefit. Shows were not regular in time and also not up to standards we have had.

Food and Dining

We missed a more formal\, multiple course menu in the regular dining rooms. Apparently\, there were plenty of Pay dining areas but that is not appropriate with the consideration of the cruise cost.

Entertainment

Activities were a hodge podge. Times varied day to day and places. Freestyle probably has to do with this and younger sailors would have enjoyed the offerings.

Service and Staff

We missed getting to know dining staff better and with assigned dining and servers staying in the same areas. All staff were helpful.

Ship Quality

We found the layout somewhat confusing and access to certain areas difficult. ie\, the Seven Seas Restaurant could not be accessed from the rest of Deck 5. Cleanliness was good and decor quite nice except for area like Dazzles which was dark and not good for passing through to Auditorium etc.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our interior cabin was large and very comfortable.

Pros: Seeing the Cities of the Baltic

Cons: Lack of Assignment and Special Dining Evenings
