Review summary
The ship is really well maintained. While some ships reach their 5 year mark start to look a bit worn and weathered, the Norwegian Sun really looks like a fresh ship. Our standard outside cabin was larger compared with other ships I have been on. The Freestyle idea works brilliantly for Norwegian and they have mastered the concept (unlike Princess' Personal Choice). There were no lines or long waits for dining. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The entertainment onboard was hit or miss. The production shows were outstanding. The lounge act, Prizm, left a lot to be desired, and they turned up everywhere.Pros: Casino, Freestyle Cruising, Cabin Size, Ports of call, Staff
