Out of 60+ cruises, this probably was the best service. We had some snow flurries in Longyearbyen, so bring heavy clothes. It would have been better if we spent the night in Reykjavik, and did some tours there instead of Isafjordur or Honningsvag. Ginza had great food, along w/the specialty restaurants.

Needs USB ports and more US outlets. In Longyearbyen, the room was very cold. We had to wear 3 layers of clothes.
Interesting. Jewels of the north- refreshments. The shore excursion people confused the one w/ the meal. We tried to change and they told us that this one had the meal.
Very misleading write-up online - fossil hike. VERY strenuous. (IF you could not walk up 5 flights of steps w/o stopping, you should not go on this.) If I would have known that I would be walking thru snow and running water, would have brought boots. Many people expected to see the glacier, we saw the rocks from the glacier
