Norwegian has dropped a bit in quality since its pre-covid days.

Food and Dining

Ran out of the following dining room items: granola (none on board from very start of cruise); grapefruit juice about half way through the cruise, fruit yogurt with about five days left in the cruise and the gelatin like substitute was absolutely vile, and Jameson's Irish whiskey with three days left in the cruise. That's what I can recall off the top of my head. O'Sheehans was consistently good for lunch when we went there versus main dining room.
Onboard Activities

lectures from Antarctic experts on board were the best part of the cruise.
Entertainment

Production shows were OK, but the one called Paradiso was just a disjointed bunch of songs. Two productions shows for a fourteen day cruise?

Ship Quality

Had to keep switching from port and starboard sides to walk the length of the ship: corridors went the whole length ship but not on the same side: would run into dead ends and have to backtrack.
Cabin / Stateroom
2 out of 5
Cabin number was 10652, not the one listed above, which in itself says something: you don't know which cabin I was in? Cabin was incredibly creaky in any kind of rough seas: actually had to use earplugs to sleep: been on about fourty cruises and first time for that.
Again, not an excursion, Saw more whales in about 90 minutes than I have seen before in my life; guessing maybe 60 whales! 68 knot winds according to Captain.
WE did not visit this scheduled stop because of weather/safety concerns. Very disappointed to lose one of four scheduled Antarctic area ports. Think the $50 per person refund was very inadequate compensation for such a huge miss!
Slow because of "double bussing" to actual disembarkation terminal. Promise to secure our luggage "in a locked secure area" at airport while on shore excursion was false: bags were left on the sidewalk outside airport terminal, although I assume they were being watched.
Mostly all the cruise lines have reduced the service since the pandemic, even luxury lines unfortunately. I miss cruising back in the 90s and before....where you didn't need a drink package and could bring your own and you could order orange juice anytime to make drinks. And you paid gratuities in envelopes. No WiFi needed because there was not such a thing. Picking up Postcards at each port and the ship would mail them. I actually miss received letters and postcards. So much personal.
Thanks for your review and observations.
