Review summary
Our cruise on the Norwegian star was really unique. The accommodations themselves were a little dated and looking like they needed a refresh, but this was back in 2018 so it’s possible that that’s happened since then. The onboard dining was absolutely exquisite, one of the best culinary experiences we’ve had at sea. The specialty restaurants were really outstanding, consisting of course after course of really delicious food. The ship itself had a ton of deck space for sunbathing, but pretty small pools with waterslides which attracted lots of kids. Great if you love kids but there didn’t seem to be anything between “kid area” and “total sunbathing silence”. We really liked our experience with Norwegian, but I haven’t felt compelled to rebook with them for some reason.Ship experiences

Ship tip
There’s so much lounge room on the decks! Everyone gets a chair.
