Review summary

We did not enjoy this cruise based on numerous problems, bad room, food mediocre, service okay in dining room. We have been on 20 cruises and this rates at the bottom.

Embarkation

Check in went fairly smoothly and then we had to wait in this large, noisy room until our number was called in groups which took over an hour. Then the lines were long to get on the ship. Have had much smoother embarkation son other cruise lines

Best part of the cruise even though it was hard to find seats at time and we got there 15 minutes early

I personally am not a favorite of anytime dining as it is often a long time to be seated and aImdo not like having different waiters every time I dine.Wait staff is not that attentive a Dan we often had to ask for wate, coffee and lemon’s for water several times.

Needs updating. Most of the women’s bathrooms in the public area were out of order and not clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

Horrible cabin right below the galley of the Bistro restaurant with noises until 2-3 am. Trollies rolling across the floor, dishes being dropped and people walking in high heels. Even with ear plugs, pillow over my head and a white noise machine we couldn’t sleep.

We walked off with our luggage with many other people but it was quick
