This is the first cruise I've ever had problems in. I was even surprised when someone from the front desk told me that I couldn't bring any outside drinks/snacks from the ports (Disney, Carnival and Celebrity allows it).

Buffet was okay, but only had 2 seafood items on Good Friday. Not enough orange juice. My son found a hair on his pasta in one of the restaurants and the pasta was not cooked right.

Shows were okay. They had a lot of singers instead of DJ. The DJ was not that good, almost always empty dance floor.

One of the restaurant waiter stank of cigarette.
A person in charge at the buffet brushed me off when I asked for something.
I got charged twice for a purchase because they forgot to void one.
I was charged 2 beers when I hate beer and than they said maybe my son, he is 16.
Room stewards was the only best personnel, friendly and courteous.
