Review summary

Transatlantic Cruises are not for everyone. They are cheaper in price relative to similar length cruises or other cruise that offer more ports of call and accordingly attract older. and on this cruise, many trashy people. Due to weather, our port of call in Barcelona was extended to almost three days and our port of call in Funchal was cancelled, which was a win-win. The ship was nice, staff was great, entertainment was recycled from other Norwegian Cruises, and activities (bingo, trivia pursuit, towel folding demonstrations) wete not to my taste, so being at sea for so many days got boring. I booked through . Customer service / follow-up by my representative was terrible.

We love transatlantic cruises. Have already been on two and going to have another next October. You need larger ships like Royal Princess or Celebrity ships with more space and more things to do. I particularly like lazy days at sea.
