Why change a good thing

Sail Date: January 27, 2013

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

Food quality was poor. All the pork dishes were so overcooked they were dry, hard to cut, basically inedible.
I like to play trivia on a cruise (regular trivia not progressive). Usually when your team wins you get a prize. Not so on this cruiseline. Winners get a stub and director signs his name. Everyone gets at least one signing. At the end of the cruise you can turn these in for "valuable" prizes. Our team won almost every game and the prizes were not anything special. We all agreed the old tried and true way was the best - you win you get a small prize. Won't be using NCL again so please take me off your email list.

We took this same cruise last year. Do you ever change the entertainment? Elements seemed better last year but maybe that was because it was our 1st time seeing it.

Make sure your cabin isn't directly below a bar - loud noises so little sleep. They did change our cabin eventually (after several days) . Not an upgrade and gave us free dinner at one of their specialty restaurants where we found the staff to be especially rude and inattentive.
