Review summary

The ship was clean, yet it's age was apparent. For a few nights the creaking in the door jambs was disturbing, and the carpets were obviously old. Strange peculiarity, no spoons were given with the eating utensils wrapped in napkins...?? We always had to go back to find a spoon or stir our coffee with a fork.

Service and Staff

Everyone we encountered was more than willing to help make our cruise exceptional. Our steward was friendly, used our names and understood our needs, Excellent!!

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
The stateroom was exceedingly small; only 10 inches on each side of the bed and an overhead swing-down cot prevented one from standing straight up next to the bed. The bottom sheet was never tucked in adequately, resulting in wrinkles under one's body...not comfortable.

Pros: The fact that we could eat in the main dining room with excellent service, but without having to dress up was terrific!! We felt attended to and "special" in comfortable clothes; smart casual.

Cons: Our inside stateroom was really small; except the bathroom which had the best shower we have ever had on a cruise
