Review summary
A very lovely ship. Food was excellent and we didn't even try the specialty restaurants. We personally like being seated with the same people each night and don't care so much for the "freestyle" cruising, but it worked well for us on this cruise as we brought our handicapped son along, and keeping a schedule is harder with him. We would prefer less specialty restaurants and more amenities such as a theater, or an indoor pool for general use. Entertainment was good with good variety around the ship. Something for everyone. Most of the staff was very nice although I did encounter one bartender that was a bit rude. I was really surprised. Our balcony room was a bit small for three people; we couldn't get out the balcony door when the sofa bed was open, and closet space was tight. The shelves inside the closet were very hard to access. There were days when our room was still not made up at 1:00 PM even after we had been out of it for several hours. Overall we had a good time but have been happier with some other ships.Ship experiences
