Review summary

Clean, clean, clean. I never worried about someone breaking into our cabin...safety was high. Our room was very small for 4 people, but still the cleanup people managed to keep it looking nice. I would get a bigger room next time. If possiable I think the globes of cleaning would be an excelent advertizement for you if you put them in grocery's stores or schools. Very smart move of yours. I'm thinking of ways to get this into our school and local grocery store, if you have any ideas of where to start, let me know. Where would you get the globes & how much would they cost? Most of all did it work?

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
just one thing...when we had breakfast in the Versallies room, the hash browns were so bad, and tough, that you could have used them for hocky pucks. But that's just one thing.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
All of the entertainment and actifities were great, beyond great..........we took two grandchildren with us and they had a very good time, we didn't worry about their safety, we checked out where they would be, and it looked good, so we let them do their own thing and at 13 that is all important. Walked in ==in error to a class for 6 and under and the one incharge was helpful and I could see that all the eyes of the children were on him, lit seemed that the class was in control, and the children were enchanted by the teacher. What more could one want for their children

Children's Programs

Said all above.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Only ran into one woman that was irratated ...she was on the reception desk and I had lost a cane, she looked but seemed like it was the worst thing she could do that day. Other wise, the person on the desk for doing shore excursions, were above being helpful, they had much information, were willing to share it, were extreamly freindly and took as much time as I needed to get the answers to my questions, we even laughed together about a dumb question. Could you send him to me.?

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Size....could be larger (cabins) two fold down beds would have made a whole lot of difference.

Cabin / Stateroom

wish it was closer to the elevators, wish it had two fold down beds, shower knobs were difficult to adjust. really. really small, two of us left so the other two could pack or take a shower and change, we were stepping all over each other. It was like a tent with a bathroom. But, it was clean, the waiters were wonderfull.

Pros: showtime, the live shows were wonderful

Cons: using room cards instead of cash; I would say this is a 10 on a scale of l to 10, 10 being the worst. The pool was cold, another 10.
