I had a great vacation with my husband, the food was delicius, we enjoyed every minut in this ship, especialy because all drinks were free...we will come back soon!

Ant of soft drink smelled liked chemical regent.

I got stabbed by insects like house ticks, itchy rash appeared in our state room.

We had a good time. How can you go wrong with friends, family and unlimited drinks and food. We've been on other cruises and talked with others who had also cruised before- it seemed we were all of the opinion that it wasn't the best entertainment or service we've received, but it was great for the price and to get away to a warm place in January.

My husband and i loved this cruise but we bith got bit by bed bugs tevwole time there! Please exterminate ! Other than that ur cruise was great! We loved the shows and the amenities! 

We got our cruise for a great price, it was nice.  It had its fallouts and a few hiccups, but overall it was still a great vacation.

We celebrated our anniversary.  We were supposed to get a cake, but never got one.  There was a lot to do, and there was always something to do.  We found "specialty" foods like the crepe station that was beyond delicious!  The staff was fantastic.  We hadn't gone on an all inclusive cruise before it was a huge selling point which we really enjoyed.  

open bar feature was great. Food was great. Loved the evening buffet. Service was outstanding. Ship was super clean. Highly recommend, we have been on the sky 4 times. Love this ship.

I've been on about 10 cruises and this was by far my worst cruising experience all around. As everyone does when they board an all inclusive cruise, I went straight to the bar to order my first drink. I don't do typical frozen drinks, so I ordered a mojito, one of my favorite drink choices on other cruises. No joke, the mojito was ready in less than 30 seconds and was a puke green color with only a half rotten mint leaf put on top as a garnish. I took one sip and gave the drink back for a beer. We came to realize that popular mixed drinks like mojitos were pre-made and not the way to go. The second star is for the fact that they had a decent selection of liquor available under the all inclusive package, so I mostly ordered straight liquor with ice to avoid anymore pre-mixed drink nightmares. The quality of the service was shockingly unprofessional. Less a select few crew members that were polite and professional, almost every encounter with a crew member made me want to spontaneously combust with anger at how we were being treated. Dealing with intoxicated cruisers all day long must be tiring for the crew, but that doesn't excuse treating everyone as if they are beligerant drunks, especially when you are dead sober and just trying to have a nice relaxing time. We were constantly made to feel as if we were inconveniences for asking simple questions or requests. The quality of the food at the buffets was standard, and the staff working the buffets were actually the most helpful on the whole ship. The quality of the food in the main dining rooms was below average and the dining service was extremely slow and underwhelming compared to other cruise lines like Carnival and Royal Caribbean. My girlfriend was made to feel like a nuisance because of her tree nut allergy, and then was wrongly told she couldn't have meals that she ordered because of a "gluten" allergy that she didn't have. The ship is obviously an older ship, with dated amenities and decor. I suppose updating the ship after changing to all inclusive is probably not in the cards given the amount of damage that the demographic on the cruise does. As one might expect with an affordable all inclusive cruise, the demographic was very young compared to other cruises I've been on, with a lot of bachelor and bachelorette parties. Overall, I was unpleasantly surprised by my underwhelming experience on this Norwegian cruise, as I had heard and thought Norwegian was supposed to be a good cruise line. Thus, I'd only recommend this cruise if you're young and only really care about partying. But once you reach the point where you'd rather pay a little extra for better quality and service, I wholeheartedly advise not going on this cruise. I personally will never go on this cruise again and it will take a whole lot of convincing to get me to go on another Norwegian cruise. 

I have been traveling with NCL over 6 years and this was my 9th cruise overall. I have to say NCL Sky was disappointing. Entertainment was great. Food quality and verity in Garden Cafe was significantly bad compared to other cruise buffet i have experienced. But I give Sky 2 stars because of our rooms.  

I was traveling with family and had 4 inside rooms in a row. All of our toilets kept getting clogged and in my room the toilet actually overflew. it was nasty and smelly. We called reception and asked to clean the bathroom. We came back to the room after 3 hours and the bathroom wasn't clean and now my room smelled horrible too. After that the toilet didn't overflow but the flush never got fixed in any of the rooms. 

Very disappointed  and will not recommend NCL Sky to anyone. 

This was my 5th cruise, first time with Norwegian. My husband and I and another couple went together, looking forward to warmer weather and the free drink package on the Norwegian Sky. The free drink package was a good deal and one of the reasons we chose this cruise. Pros: embarkation and disembarkation both went pretty smoothly. Took about 20 mins getting on and only 5 minutes getting off as we carried our own luggage. The drinks were good, strong, and never a long wait. We enjoyed the balcony, as it was our first time having a balcony room. The dinner in Cagney's Steakhouse was fantastic. Food was delicious, service was excellent. Now for the cons: the food in the dining rooms and buffet was horrible. Not much selection on the buffet and they had the same choices every day. Our friends actually got sick after eating at the buffet one night. The servers in the dining room, buffet, and even most of the bartenders were not friendly at all. The pool deck was always crowded, not enough lounge chairs. The music they played poolside was not very good. And there were not enough activities. We were frequently roaming the ship looking for things to do. A few night time parties by the pool were cancelled because of rain and wind. I understand they can't control the weather but should have had more back up activities planned. We only saw one show and it was a comedian. He was just ok. The ship itself is very dated and in need of updating. Lots of rust and stains in our bathroom and even some stains on the blankets. The room had no drawers or any place to put your stuff so we ended up living out of the suitcase for 4 nights which was a real pain. Overall the drink package did not make up for the bad food and other cons. I would not go on another Norwegian cruise, nor would I recommend them to anyone. I'm going back to Royal Caribbean, which I feel is far superior in every way.

We really can't say enough positives about our time on Norwegian Sky.  The staff was terrific and full of smiles which always makes a trip pleasant.  The food was very good as were the events in Dazzles each night.  The all-inclusive part really made it more enjoyable as well.  Wondering what your bar tab is going to be at the end of the trip is stressful.  That also allowed us to enjoy spa services and purchase items to bring home.  This was our first cruise in 22 years but we will be going on another one soon.

it would be nice to know sooner if there is a change in the itinery

Great Stirrup Key was an unexpected surprise...Norwegian has developed this island similar to a resort.  The all inclusive drinks were a real bonus and helped create a fun atmosphere on board.  

While it wasn't a concern to us don't expect guests dining the restaurants to be dressed up - lots of shorts and tee shirts.

We stayed in the owner's suite, and it was beautiful, all the staff on board the ship were friendly and knowledgeable.  The food was amazing.   From checking in at the port to our stateroom we never had a bad experience.  

This cruise was one for the ages went to awesome places met great people and had great service throughout the entirety of our sailing.  Our favorite island was great stirrup cay and the beverage package was the best deal of all time

for a smaller boat this was a great time. The food was great and the drinks were not bottom shelf. Surprisingly they mixed them very strong and you could get pretty much any drink you'd like. 

I thought the ship was very nice.  Clean, pretty, updated, all of the above.  Weather was perfect.  Wasn't crazy with the service, they seemed inexperienced and unorganized, need more training with dining room overall table service with food orders and wine.  Then a photographer comes to the table and interrupts in the middle of our table of 10 that was ordering their food and that completely messed up the servers!!!  Nobody was really overly friendly.  You will be happy to know that this is one cruise that you will NOT over eat and gain weight.  There's enough to eat but not exciting enough to go back for seconds.  Very limited, simple buffet food.    Excellent shows at night!    Nice New Years countdown on pool deck and watched fireworks.  

This was an amazing trip. Even though strong winds the first day, still amazing trip. Boat is smaller than some, but big enough for this trip for sure. Me and my daughter had the greatest of times. They had events for her and for me so my teenage daughter did not have to hang with stuffy old dad.

Our cruise agent Linda should have advised us that the ship was small and old with far less amenities than we were used to.  We've gone on many cruises, mostly  with RCCL. This didn't compare.  The spa was small. There were very few activities for kids.  The entertainment was poor.  The rooms were tiny and balconys very small.  The only good things were the specialty restaurants and the unlimited drinks. 

Next time we are fing gong back to RCCL. 

I was really upset because someone use my room number in the gift shop to purchased souvenir and the cashier fail to verified the individual ID.  I was charged $25.99, i found out by get a print out of my trip spending on the chip. They was asking if change, lose, misplace my keycard. I said No both my keycards are always with me. They void the fees after i went to the gift shop which i never been in, the manager show me the receipt was signed and the cashier had to said she didnt see me or my fiance in the gift shop today. I was feeling not safe in kinf of way. My say is always check your printout to make show you not getting charged wrongly.

Guys, you just were the best of the best, I really loved your services, your rooms, your food, Bars, people I dont know what else to say but definitely next year my vacation is going to be with you.
