My favorite part of the cruise was getting off of the cruise every single day and exploring the islands.   The service from the female waitstaff and my woman housekeeper was awful.  All of the men working on the cruise were very sweet and cordial. 

This was probably the most boring cruise I've ever been on with very little activities and the worst "nightclub" I've ever seen.  Karaoke was in a "lounge" that looked like the rec room of a nursing home every night.  The parties and night time activities were lacking in good music, substance and ambiance.  You would have a much, much better time on a Carnival ship.

ALL of the beach towels are stained with other people's sunscreen.  It's absolutely disgusting.  Every day I made the staff find me fresh towels with no stains on them.  Who wants to dry off with someone else's stains??

The food was beyond subpar.  One night, I ordered baked ziti.  What I received was ziti noodles in a marinara sauce with broccoli and carrots and cheese shaved on top.  That is NOT baked ziti.  The buffet was always the best bet and even that left a lot to be desired.  

The drinks were great and the bartenders were very friendly and accommodating.  Otherwise, I'm happy I spent very little time on the ship and got to get off each day.  

All realms of service were just impeccable.  The entertainment was top notch, the cruise director's staff, the photography (little pricey but still, good), food, beverages........amazing.  Thank you.

We just got back from our Norwegian Sky cruise and had a great time.  I would highly recommend this cruise to other families with teen boys.  The all inclusive drink package for the adults was a plus as well.  We were not able to go to Great Stirrup Cay due to weather, but that was fine as there was lots to do in Nassau.

Had a wonderful time, will take this ship again, notice Sky will be going to Havana Cuba starting in May. Rooms needed up dating, and our room was a little tight on the small size.

Our first cruise experience and we were not disappointed.  The seas were too rough to sail to second destination but we had no problem with that.   The room was great, the food was very good and we had plenty of time to relax.  It would have been nice to see more shows other than just at night time.  

We had a great time. The staff and food were fantastic. Never had to wait for drinks. It's an older ship but it's in great shape and well kept. The casino was a lot of fun. We are already planning another trip in October with more friends.

This was one of our first cruises and we had a blast!  The all inclusive was definitely the way to go!  We did splurge on some lattes and special dinners, but they were reasonably prices and worth it.  All the food was great, and the steak we had at the steakhouse was amazing!  I highly recommend going to the restaurants as opposed to the busy buffets. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and there to answer any questions we had.  Unfortunately we had some windy weather so we were unable to go to the private island, and had to stay in Nassau for two days.  It was a bummer, but I know they can't control the weather and it would have been a very bumpy ride.  I do wish they would have let us off the boat at night to experience some nightlife in Nassau.  In fact being let off the boat for just a few hours a day has always been my issue with doing a cruise.  I would definitely not do a cruise to any place I wanted to experience.  But we had fun walking around Nassau and shopping, and spent the second day on the beach!  The pool was great, but it was tough getting two chairs during the busy times. We started off our cruise getting massages, and they were great!  However, at the end we got a very hard pressure sales pitch to buy the products, which I didn't appreciate.  I held strong, but my husband ended up buying a $60 oil he will never use!  Sucker!  I think three days was the perfect amount of time to go.  I think I may have been going stir crazy after that. We reserved a few days to experience Miami which I was grateful for.  Overall it was a very relaxing birthday present!

I thought that the activities were nice for the guests.  I wish it were more to do for my teenager on the cruise. I took my daughter to the pizza  and pasta bar which was nice but the first chef was rude to us twice.  I don't think that I would allow that to stop my cruise but it is a concern that I had when we went to the restaurant. Overall, the cruise was fine. I would cruise with Norwegian and recommend the cruise to my friends and family.

Loved the unlimited drinks and the different activities scheduled daily throughout the cruise. There need to be more of a variety of food for lunch and dinner.

As someone who never cruised, other than The Spirit of New York or New Jersey, I was Very Impressed! The All-Inclusive is a win/win deal. Especially after being hustled on the Island of Nassau, it was refreshing to know there were no hiding fees or anything on the boat or on Stirrup Cay. I recommend it for Families of all ages. There was something for Everyone! I travelled with my kids, my niece and my sister. Our ages ran from 12 to 44 and each of us enjoyed ourselves greatly! My suggestion to anyone thinking about it is Do It Do It!!

The Cruise Ship was above expectation. Cabins clean, Food Buffet Great & delicious with a lot of variety, Entertainment Super & Service wonderful. 

Free Open Bar was a very good idea. Going back to The NCL Escape at the end of this month, thats how much we like it. NCL great Company. 

We had a great time. Love that the alcohol was included. Room was tiny but very nice. Food was great! Needed to have more of a variety of shows. Had an amazing honeymoon!

Everything was amazing. Can't wait to go again. We didn't want to get off the boat,  the food was great. The salsa dancing was so fun. The comedy show was hilarious. Karaoke was fun thing to do. We stayed up till 3am every night We were having too much fun. 

After sailing on the Escape last year, I had lesser expectations of the Sky because it was older and smaller.  My expectations were wrong.  Very nice ship and frankly, the layout was better than the Escape - especially the pool deck.  Also loved the open air seating on the aft deck for dining.  Was a great place to hang out for meals and at sunset. Lovely ship and crew! 

I definitely would go on his boat again. And I definitely would suggest it to people with kids it is really a great kid friendly boat the only thing that my children complained about is that it was not a water slide on the boat so our next cruise I had to book a different ship that had a water slide and the drinks were really watered down but what can you say it was all inclusive I really enjoyed myself.  One thing I would suggest is the Dazzle Club 18 and over they need to really make sure that these people are 18 and over because the last night of the cruise there definitely was some teenagers in this club.  Their private island  is just awesome even though it was hot I really like it.

My favorite part of the cruise was the excellent food they served on deck but also in the dining facilities. Very good chefs on board! We loved the private island also; very clean and beautiful!

Love the relaxed atmosphere of this cruise.  Eat when you want, where you want. The specialty restaurants were highlight of the cruise for us.

Private Island is wonderful...if you want to get away from the crowds off the ship keep walking...main beach is packed but there are 3 other ones that had less and less people as you walk.

Freeport and Nassau are your typical bahama's ports of call.  We took a cab or a shore excursion to a beach and had fun.

The ship is old.  There is only one ship older in the NCL fleet.  It is kept up nicely though, but there are spots where the ship shows its age.  Cabins are narrow and feel cramped.  However, this is short cruise...with free all inclusive drinks...how often do you go on a cruise and know that you can sit at the bar drink your beer, wine, rum runners, or rum and coke and know it won't show up on your ship bill when you leave the ship?

We loved our cruise vacation!  The weather was perfect, there was plenty to do on board, and we never went hungry!  The staff is accommodating and friendly. If you're a drinker, the open bar is excellent. A huge selection of alcohol is included and the bartenders are quick and efficient. We also really enjoyed the selection of live music each night and Kevin Jordan's comedy is hysterical!  I would absolutely cruise Norwegian again in the future!

What was suppose to be a fun short weekend vacation turned into a nightmare. We boarded the Norwegian Sky on 3/31 for the Bahamas cruise and the next morning we woke up to find two bed bugs in our room 8024. That day we did not see any bites on us. Guest services told us they would clean our room and have pest control take care of the situation. When we came back to our room we received a letter that was not even apologetic for the the issue at hand. Guest services ended up switching our rooms to 4011. For the inconvenience we were offered complimentary laundry and dinner. Not impressed.

We made a reservation at the guest services desk for our complimentary dinner. When we went to our reservation at Cagney's restaurant, the hostess didn't even have our reservation names on the list. We had to wait for the hostess to call the front desk to confirm that we were supposed to have complimentary dinner. This should have been taken care of and we shouldn't have dealt with yet another inconvenience. The guest services staff should have communicated this to the the Cagney's restaurant when we made our initial reservation. Again not impressed.

On 4/1, we moved into room 4011 and we were told the room had been inspected beforehand and was cleaned. When I woke up on 4/2 in the middle of the night I noticed I had bites all over my body. And of course the telltale sign of bed bug bites are bites 3 in a row. We went to complain to guest services yet again about the situation.

Guest services attendant lacked any sense of customer service and acted very nonchalantly about the situation. She even seemed annoyed by having to speak to us again. She questioned whether I really got bitten in the room or if I had got bitten at the beach in the Bahamas. (FYI - I did not go to the beach). The assistant housekeeper director also came to speak to us and confirmed they had pest control check the room. I ended up seeing the medic on board after complaining enough and telling the staff that this was not my issue. The doctor, who did not directly confirm but highly suspected that the bites I had were bed bug bites since many of the bites I had were three in a row. That evening when we went back to our room there was no letter, no apology, nothing.

Overall this was the worst vacation ever. Norwegian lacked the customer service to handle the situation. I felt the attitudes and sentiment I received from the guest services staff was that we were inconveniencing them with our room issues.

Complimentary dinner, laundry and medic care definitely did not make up for any of the inconvenience that we had to deal with, nor make up for the fact that my vacation was a completely ruined having to deal with this. Instead of having a stress free vacation, I had to deal with stresses of bed bugs on the ship, and making sure I wasn't caring any home with me off the ship.

Shame on you Norwegian.

On Board entertainment and service of the crew.  Your cabin steward was so great and friendly.  Dining service was also great and helpful with the menu.  Food was very good and we had plenty of choices.
