Amazing staff! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We loved our room attendant, Kadek Sucipta, very polite, responsible, respectful , and attentive to keeping our room clean - whenever we needed him he was quick to find us and help with whatever we needed! We also appreciated Jellanie Ramos (Restaurant Steward) she was so kind and had a beautiful smile, always happy to service us at the ice-cream stand!
