Review summary

I’ve cruised a lot and this was the worst cruise.

Embarkation

They changed the itinerary 2 days prior but didn’t notify guest’s because they didn’t want us to cancel. I would’ve canceled. We booked for this particular itinerary.

There were only 2 shows in the theater and they were fair

We saw many supervisors barking orders at wait staff but didn’t notice a single one of them chip in and help. It was uncomfortable being in the dining and notice supervisors over and over put pressure on the wait staff but noticed not one ever chip in to help.

Disembarkation

They called our luggage tags - not to disembark but to get us to queue to disembark. We were in line for an hour just to get off the ship. Then once out of the terminal we were ushered into another queue for the airport transport. We were in this line another 1.5 hours. When we feared missing our flight the NCL terminal staff told us “I would take a taxi if you don’t want to miss your flight”. Wtf!!! But we paid you & scheduled our flights & transport through you? We took a cab, arrived at the airport just as they closed checkin for our flight. The Delta airport crew were Great getting us and our bags on that flight. No thanks to NCL.
