Review summary

This was my family's 2nd time taking this cruise - we drive all the way from NYC because we enjoy it so much. But during this past cruise - my daughter and I both woke up every day with more bites all over our legs and body. I tried calling the medical facility there on board but the phone just rang and rang. When we got home we had to stress about sterilizing everything we had so not to bring it into our home. This was very embarrassing for me because I am a very clean person and a prestigious doctor. The staff and food were fantastic as always - but now thinking about not returning next yr for our yearly cruise because of this.

When was this? I'm extremely allergic to bedbugs! I swell up even if they are not there anymore!

Dr. , have you considered carnival cruise lines ? 7 cruises, no problems. plus better prices, better food...

It is a good idea to inspect your bed for bed bugs wherever you travel. They are black and very good at hiding under the matress in corners of the bed and in the edges of sheets. I used to watch Hotel Impossible and this is a real possibility wherever multiple people sleep.
