Review summary

The ship is large but not as massive as some of the others out there - decent amount to do. The stateroom was a little small, but fine for a 3 night cruise. There wasn't a lot of storage & the room was not stocked until the night before we disembarked (half empty mini bar, no robes), but the bed was decent & there was always plenty of hot water. Having a balcony room had the drawback of being near where passengers embarked from port - the \"welcoming crew\" SCREAMED \"WHOOOOOO!!!!\" at every passenger as they came aboard. ALL OF THEM. FOR 2 SOLID HOURS. We just wanted to find a quiet place to relax for a bit before evening activities and I will tell you that we found NOWHERE on board to do that during the day. The pool music and crew screaming can probably be heard for thousands of miles. Overall, I would categorize this cruise & ship as average.

The buffet was decent - plenty of different food options and they kept it well-stocked. The main dining rooms never were a 100% success - either the service was good or the food was\, but not both. We really enjoyed the barbeques at poolside & on the island.

Great Stirrup Cay was absolutely the highlight.

Bartenders on the island - GREAT. Bartenders on the ship - not great. Definitely not enough staff there to handle peak demand & the body-language and lack of attention showed it.

Ship Quality

Hard to navigate & the only place to find maps is at the stairs & elevators so you have to make sure you pick the right direction. Weird to have to walk through dining rooms & lounges to get from place to place. SUPER disappointed that the back deck restaurant was closed for renovation as that looked like it would have been the best place to be.

Cabin / Stateroom

We had a mid-ship balcony & never felt any ship motion. AC worked very well. A little table (eg coffee table) to have some place for room service would have been helpful.

Pros: Smooth sailing\, lots of deck chairs\, Great Stirrup Cay

Cons: Obnoxiously noisy\, weird layout\, inconsistent service
