Review summary

First time on a Norwegian ship. Definitely better than Carnival but not as good a Royal. There was deck construction which took away from pol side experience. The Cruise Director's staff was very visible and interacted with passengers, however never met our cabin steward.

uninspired menu. had dinner in dining room and paid extra for Cagney steak house service was slow and food was mediocre in the steakhouse wasn't worth the extra $25. dining service was ok the 1st night much better the second time.
