The ship was relativly clean, however, this is probably the best thing I could say about this trip. The service was poor, the entertainment almost non exsistant, foor quality poor. Our room steward, Ari, was the only staff that was friendly and went out of his way to do things for us. I would not recomment this ship or cruiseline for any future cruises.

food was poor quality, service very slow. No follow up, long periods of waiting for food to arrive, no drinks offered or refilled. Food was below average.
Entertainment

entertainment was poor quality and very limited. There wasnt much offered and what was was poorly attended and nothing special.
Children's Programs

program was ok, but they I think they could do more with the kids around the ship vs just play in a couple of rooms. It was nothing special
Service and Staff

staff were rude, unfriendly and unwilling to do anything extra. Some did not even understand english. Pesonally, I feel this is partly due to the automatic tips placed on your bill taking away the incentive to do anything extra. We promply had those removed.
Ship Quality

ship is outdated but over all clean. The staterooms were very small with no storage space for clothing., There are no dressers and we were forced to stack clothing on the floor due to only having a closet with a few hangers for three people. Decor needs updating
