Pros: Pretty much everything.
Cons: I believe that every staff member that interfaces with the passengers should speak good english. If the ship is sailing out of US ports, caring American passengers should speak and understand english. Not the case on this ship..LEAVING THE SHIP, THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY..
