Review summary

All in all, we will not return to this company. When you add up all the small errors, the bigger mistakes, the sloppiness of how many things were done coupled with ZERO peace and quiet, we did not enjoy this cruise at all other than the scenery. We have already booked a 2-week cruise on a different type of ship for the next trip and we plan to return to Alaska without the NCL Bus. For the money, we did not receive a good value.

I should add that the problem exists because The cruise line was very poorly organized for the process.

If this is the cruise on the Pearl that left on 7/29- I’m guessing getting off the boat was a major problem. People were pushing and cutting in line. No one knew how or where to get off. 1 hour and 15 minutes to get off the boat is ridiculous and The help desk’s denial that it was stressful and unnecessary was incredible.
