Review summary

were not told there were two ports in Vancouver. we were not told we would not be leaving from main port where National car rental is located. $15 taxi back to seldom used port where we waited 2 and a half hours to get on ship.

soap dispenser broken--steward gave us a bar of soap. Remote for tv didn't work--steward found us another old remote which only worked partially. Had safe fixed twice.

Cons: 2 and a half hour wait to get on ship
