Great Ship Poor Service
Norwegian Pearl Cruise Review to U.S. - Pacific, Northwest

Review SummaryEmbarcation took over 1 1/2 hrs; very slow processing even after we showed up at their recommended time; Did not see the cabin steward until the second day\, had to call room service to get ice; Dinning room was extremly slow the first 3 times\, finally found a good server; Hot tob was just warm bath water and they have it set that way to save money! Steam sauna is an extra $119\, normally it is included in other cruise lines; Many of teh crew had no idea how to answer your question or gace you the wrong answer and you ended up on the wrong end of the ship; Cigeratte smoke came into the Stardust theater. choke! choke! Volumne was also too loud on the crooner and we had to get up and leave.
Only good part was the food was some of the best we have had on any cruise line (4 cruise lines and 22 sailings). Room was very nice for a mini suite.
Would not use them again due to hot tub/steam shower problems and for the poor service.
