had to ask for everything or dont get..like chocolates on pillow..towel figures everyday..bathrobes..conditioner etc.did not know about movies in room or schedule till complained about there being none..no juice available most of the day EXCEPT in one place that you have to find..no fresh ground coffee available EXCEPT in one place you have to find..Ship experiences
