Review summary

The ship was very nice overall. Food in specialty restaurants very good. Pool area too small, shops limited compared to Royal Carribean. Staff very unfriendly and not customer oriented at all. And found out after why, on Royal Carribean you elect the tips you give at the end. Unknown to us (I'm sure listed somewhere in the fine print) Norweigian adds all tips to your bill whether you want to tip someone or not. You don't have the choice. Therfore I feel that is why service is better on Royal they know they are working to satisfy you. Norwegian they know they will get it either way. Motion on this ship also was very noticable compared to the two ships from Royal Carribean I was on. Not sure if because it was slightly smaller.
