Bad feeling of our honeymoon cruise trip... One staff in the excursion desk mislead us to book a bad excursion. It cost lots of money. We have left some comment to their customer request, no one response us. I left one more comment on their online survey again. Still no response. They don't care your comment, just want your money... Such a unhappy trip...Ship experiences
