very impressed with the crew, housekeeping was exceptional. Lots of fun things to do. Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The . ship is spotless. Loved the cruise, we will be returning .Could not hear announcements in the stateroom, unless we opened the door and the unavilability of ice in the stateroom is the only .downfallPros: service, comfortable bed, cleanliness of ship, lots to do, food, shows,stateroom view
