Review summary

The staff (especially those from the Philippines) are exceptionally courteous. The casino staff (those at the Baccarat table) were extremely friendly and nice. The restaurant personnel were excellent. The guys who made my room every morning were great. Everyone was nice and made you feel really relaxed. However, more SECURITY should be around when the ship has that wonderful show (CIRQUE BIJOU). Some people do not join the long line and instead cut into the line. A nasty woman (with a group of well dressed party) shouted at a woman who happened to be in line behind me to SHUT-UP, just because she was told the line goes right into the casino. Well it may have been a different story if there is a man with her. The ship should beef up with more security staff to ensure that nobody just feel like cutting in the line. What a shame!!
