Review summary
First of all..the gratuities shouldn't be mandatory. They automatically add them to your bill everyday. $10 per adult per day. We met out cabin stewart on day 8 of a 9 day cruise!!! The waiters in the main dining rooms were bery slow. Watch the dress code. My husband was refused entrance in one of the specialty restaurants because he had a very nice pair of shorts on. The very rude maitre d' asked him ro change which he did, when we got back to the dining room they did seat us, however 20 min. later another party was seated in worse attire than my husband and they were seated. They had shorts, cut offs and flip flops on..NOT FAIR!! If you purchase liquor in the duty free shop on board, you cannot bring it back to the room. The drinks were soo expensive!!!! The pictures that the photographers take were very overpriced!! We left all 15 of them on board. The Jean Ryan shows were awesome...the cruise director was OK..But if I heard one more time "IT'S BINGO TIME"..from the assistant cruise director...I was going to jump overboard. The pool area fills up very quickly. Get there early to reserve a seat. Although you aren't supposed to reserve any seats. Cagney's was awesome!!!! Not much to say about the others. At the Japanese restaurant the chef tossed some food on my husband accidently while preparing..and thought that it was funny. He also totally messed up everyone's order.Ship experiences
