Review summary

Our problems were all related to customer service from NCL. They tell you your problems are handled and then when you get aboard you find out they are not. We paid for an outside cabin and were given one with an obstructed view which would have been much cheaper. They told us too bad they couldn't move us because the ship was full. We also did not get credit. They take the position that you have to go to your agent knowing that you are 6,000 miles away and can do nothing. We tried to get a written response from them before the cruise but they did not answer our letters or e-mail.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Food was cafeteria level and usually not hot. Specialty options cost extra and other passengers said not to waste the money. The noise level at all eating places was terrible. The buffet area was so noisy we usually took our food and went outside to eat. Lots of people clamoring for a chance to stuff themselves on whatever they could grab.

Entertainment

Either very good or a waste of time
