Review SummaryOur problems were all related to customer service from NCL. They tell you your problems are handled and then when you get aboard you find out they are not. We paid for an outside cabin and were given one with an obstructed view which would have been much cheaper. They told us too bad they couldn't move us because the ship was full. We also did not get credit. They take the position that you have to go to your agent knowing that you are 6,000 miles away and can do nothing. We tried to get a written response from them before the cruise but they did not answer our letters or e-mail.
