My kids loved this club when they went (they only wanted to attend in the evenings). They had a blast there! Not five stars because of the disorganization on the first few days trying to check in and check out my children. They had people registering at all times of the day, although we were all told to register the first day, so lines to pick up children were very long, many times it would take a half hour just to pick up my children. This long process continued the entire week, due to more and more families utilizing the academy, but NCL failed to have enough staff available to check in and check out children.....for those who use a daycare, it’s reminiscent of the first couple days after enrolling your child in an after school daycare....they are lacking the skills to control the crowd of parents.
