I have to say the only restaurant that the food was good in was the steak house. In the main dining rooms not only was the wait for food over an hour even though we had a reservation but the food was cold and had a burnt taste. I complained and even after that they made no effort to try and correct it. In the Italian restaurant the sauce tasted like it was just a open can of tomato sauce to make it worse the noodles were not even done
Onboard Activities

Jack was the activities director and he was the best part of the whole boat all the game show games were fun to play. The spa was the place to be. The only bad thing the outdoor pools and hot tubs were always overcrowded the night parties were the best!!!

The waiters could use a class in friendliness and smile like they enjoyed their jobs
Their was one bartender that was awesome and definitely deserves a shoutout. He works in the bar on the spice h2o area. He not only took time to get my drinks right but he remembered my name after the second day and could anticipate my order and have it rdy by the time I got to the smoking section. I never had an empty glass ( thank god it was unlimited drinks lol). He always had a smile no matter the time of day. His name was Agus Rialto. An extremely hard worker!!

Everything was always clean only thing they should have a smoking section on each end of the boat so a handicap person doesn’t have to walk all the way from one end to the other just to smoke

Room was always clean size well it’s small. Comfort was ok beds could be softer and pillows could be normal size
Ship tip
Book your dinners asap and watch the ppl off the boat in DR doing city tours. He only took us to stores and sort of pushed us to buy from those stores couldn’t even look at things promised to go to
We had the opposite experience with the Escape. We loved it. Our excursion in the DR took us everywhere promised and didn’t try to push anything on us.
