Won a haven upgrade for the minimum and it is a wonderful experience that I would recommend everyone to try at least once if within your budget.

Covid testing was organized and efficient. Results did come in later than 20 mins but you raise your hand at 20 and a worker checks for you.
Terminal also was relatively empty at 11am and haven area check in was quick with a few pastries, focaccia bread, coffee and juices.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

Haven restaurant was exceptional all week for every meal. Food well prepared and tasty . Service was outstanding.
Moderno and Le Bistro also were excellent choices with low waits and well prepared food.
Tried a couple selections from the buffet after excursions and was pleasantly surprised at the quality available there as well.
Great Stirup Cay had tacos that were very good and an average lunch buffet, not bad by any means just average
Onboard Activities

Used the haven courtyard pool and hot tubs as well as the haven open deck and hot tub daily. Great service and attractive area to relax. Indoor hot tubs were always lukewarm and the outside hot tub was boiling
Entertainment

Main theater shows were after midnight and a choir of men..both enjoyable with minimal story and mostly musical numbers. Personally prefer more of a story but both were good.
Comedians were both pretty decent.
Service and Staff

No complaints, staff members from all parts of the ship were very friendly and accommodating.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Enjoyed all 3 NCL ships ( Epic, Breakaway, and Escape) but Escape seems to have the best qualities of each ( though Epic has the best Spice H20 in my opinion.
Cabin / Stateroom

Penthouse haven room on deck 18 was quite the experience. Ample space, great amenities and beautiful decor. Room was always well cleaned and supplied.
Disembarkation

Organized and well communicated if you listen and follow. Only downside is the miserable people complaining in line about everything when it’s obvious they haven’t followed or read one bit of information.
