7 day Caribbean cruise, Dominican was pulled from the itinerary, never did hear why. Tortola was nice surprise, take the short boat trip to Virgin Gordy and swim and explore the baths, it’s a beautiful beach but does require a bit of a hike.

The COVID crunch was expected but still difficult, roughly 3 hours spent from the lineup thru confirmation of negative test, thi was their first trip from Cape Canaveral post pandemic so it was understandable

Overall food and drink were fine, surprisingly the Free dining Manhattan room was a highlight, they have. Band that plays during dinner service. Ate at the upgraded dining venues s well, Cagney steakhouse and fish place Bayamo(?) were excellent, wasn’t as thrilled with the Italian place, the menu was a little too limited and very few classic Italian dishes IMO

Saw one show, it was ok, entertainment in the lobby level 6 area was just ok

I thought the staff was great particularly considering this was one of their first pot pandemic trips.

Mini suite was fine, I thought bathroom was a bit bigger than what I’ve had on other ships.

We disembarked exactly at our time and we’re off the ship with bags in about 30 minutes total, perfect
