Of course the price will drop two weeks before the cruise, they want to fill rooms. That is what is called a last minute deal. But waiting for those last minute deals means a lot of the good rooms are already taken. They won't refund you the difference in cost because you booked in much earlier and paid in full by a set date with NCL. I expect this will even happen when I cruise on the Escape next year but I won't complain because I got to choose a great room location with a great package in the deal. Waiting for a last minute deal with a great price drop could mean I end up in some crappy room and poor location on the ship. NO THANKS!!

On board credit isn't really a price adjustment.

Mohitomeg that is not true. I booked Escape through my advisor with NCL and he told me to call ANYTIME if I see the price go down. They won't give you a refund but they WILL give you shipboard credit or perks.

Please discuss the situation with your Travel Advisor. While it is too late for this cruise, they might work something out for the next.

After final payment there are no price.adjustments, so it has nothing to do with jetblue or NCL..you need a.TA who knows the rules...you may have been able to get an upgrade but not always. Human TAs are excellent resources.

Norwegian can't do anything about a cruise you booked through someone else. Any cruiseline would have given yo the same answer.

That's a good reason to book either with a travel agent it directly with the cruise line, because they WILL do something about it.
