Given the excellent food and service in other restaurants on the ship (Cagney, Taste, Manhattan, Le Bistro, Cirque) the Shanghai was very disappointing in comparison. The food was bland and the beverage service was very poor.

The service, food and entire staff of this restaurant deserve a five star rating!!! We never made reservations, we just did stand-by and were taken care of very quickly. The food was great!! Kudos!!!!!
