Review summary

It was so good to be back at sea, and the crew and everyone in Alaska welcomed us back like long lost relatives. The excursions were exciting, whale watching, white water rafting, zip lining, visiting native village with totem pole carving exhibit, and a fun lumberjack show.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Wonderful and I felt very safe. Only vaccinated cruisers were allowed and you had to pass a covid screening test on the dock before being allowed on board.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Everything was fantastic. Cagney's steak house can not be beat. I was in a Haven Suite and the restaurant was unbelievable. Want double of something like lobster - no problem.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
There is always plenty to do on board NCL

Entertainment

5 out of 5
All but one show was 5 star. Choir of men was some of the best and funniest musical entertainment I have seen in a long time.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
I don't know how Norwegian trains them but the staff all bend over backwards to anticipate your needs and everyone greets you whether they are in your area or not. As we were leaving the decks were lined with staff thinking us for coming.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
They were constantly cleaning everywhere and the layout was easily maneuvered.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
This was one of the largest cabins I have experienced. The spa tub in the room was in front of a big picture window so I could watch us sail as I soaked. The bathroom had a double sink and a waterfall shower with 6 spray heads.

Ship tip

Just Do It! You won't regret it.
