Review summary
Encore is the best Norwegian ship I’ve been on. The highlights for me were the speedway go carts, Tepanyaki grill and the beach day at Great Stirrup Cay. I would highly recommend this cruise.Embarkation

The chef / comedian had us laughing for 3 hours straight. Best Tepanyaki I’ve ever experienced.
The District Brew House
Tons of great beers on tap including Dogfish 90 min IPA.
Garden Cafe
Indian section was always outstanding

Definitely get the shrimp ceviche, tres leches and table side guacamole.
