Review summary

The cruise from Boston to Bermuda is very nice, and the ship has a fun, relaxing atmosphere. There could be more selection of entrees in the restaurants and the service is quite slow. The cabins are adequate for two people, but no more than two. Lots of activities on board and fun parties by the pool in the evenings. Would consider taking this cruise once again.

The idea of free-style dining is terrific, but there are some down sides to this. If you want to go to a restaurant at 7 pm or 7:30 pm, there most likely will be a long wait, so you do not get seated right away. Also, some of the restaurants do not take reservations. Portions are very, very small, but the quality of the food is very good.

Layout of the Norwegian Dream ship is very split up. Easy to get lost getting from one deck to another. Cleanliness is fine and decor is quite nice. Help on board are very friendly, but there doesn't seem to be enough waiters and waitresses on deck to take drink orders. It takes quite a bit of time to get drinks when you are the pools or lounging areas.

Cabin / Stateroom

Much too small. We are told our cabin would hold 4 people, and the room could only hold two, never mind four. The other two people wound up in another room. The staff taking care of our room were excellent! Very nice, friendly people.
