Review summary

Had so much fun exploring Bermuda for almost three days. Got to do everything we wanted to do. Would highly recommend this trip to anyone,

Embarkation

This was a bit of a mess. First the ship was delayed getting in. Then they had technical issues with getting people off the ship. Also they had damage to the gang way. We had to wait four hours just to get on the ship. The blame is shared between Norwegian and the port authority. Communication from Norwegian was non existent. We have crushed with 3 times prior and never had any issues like this.

Food and Dining

Food was always very fresh and delicious. Only complaint I have is as soon as we boarded the ship they were closing the food for the muster drill.

Onboard Activities

We kept ourselves busy with the different types of trivia. The main ship shows were wonderful. Did get a chance to relax in the hot tub which was a much needed soak.

Bar service was great but odd thing was that we never got to meet our room steward.

Command area were always clean even if an activity was going on. Layout took a little getting use to but that with any ship

Seemed smaller then the other ships that I have been on. Could be from not have been on a cruise in awhile. A very comfortable bed.

Ports of call

Did not see much of the city. The hotel we stayed at had a free shuttle service to and from the port. There was a bit of confusion with that.

Disembarkation

We were delayed with getting approved form the port authority and were told to leave our rooms but not to gather in the public areas. Not sure were they wanted us to go. But once approved they had two lines off the ship and we were able to disembark very quickly
