Review summary

Miserable. I had issues from the moment I got on board. I tried to be positive and even give solutions, but the crew, especially guest services were just miserable.

Embarkation

With the exception of being given someone else’s key and then the key not working...embarkation was easy enough. It would have been better had I been able to have my credit card and other things done before hand, but I did last minute book, so it is what it is.

Worst food EVER on a cruise! I hated the main dinning room and the Adrian restaurant. Their freestyle dinning was a joke. There is no singles table like many other cruise lines. My one dish was so bad that the waiter looked to see if o would eat it because he look at it like it was gross! $21 for a Tito’s and Redbull was ATROCIOUS!

Onboard Activities

The cruise staff were terrible. They were boring and didn’t know how to explain their crappy games. They were trying but it was ROUGH!! They also started activities late. The casino had no fun promotions either.

The casino staff were the nicest people on board. They were so bored as no one was really playing. The casino was a bit pricey as well. Guest Services, RUDE AF!!
