Review summary

Been on 8 other NCL ships, all of which were incredible and would sail on all of them again. However, I would not sail on the Dawn again. I was not impressed ship whatsoever. I thought it was run down, and was not maintained well!

I was disappointed because it was an older ship that was refurbished. But the bones of the ship were still dated. I only had warm water for a shower 1 day. Our Balcony door was broken and were unable to use our deck the majority of the time. The amenities were dated. The crew was not as happy, and sociable as prior NCL staff

So, this ship was just not as well maintained as the other NCL ships I have been on. We went days without hot water, our balcony door was broken, getting off the ship was super unorganized, and the staffing didn’t seem as eager to help as other cruises.
