Our steward was fantastic. (Forget his name :(). We were in stateroom 9670. Bartender at Pearly Kings was rude on 2 occasions and seemed to not like his job. Perhaps he was overwhelmed. But he was not nice. I even cleaned our table and brought our glasses/empty drinks to the bar to help and he was still very rude.
