Review summary
The only areas that the food was any good were the ones where you had to pay extra. The meals at the buffets were basically the same every day. Room service absolutley stunk and when you could get through, the food came 2-3 hours later, cold. The staff was not very friendly, except for our waiter by the pool, Kumar. The staff, service and food was not like those on other cruises we had taken. I would not suggest this cruise line until improvements are made. Entertainment was almost non existent. There were no poolside activities - no guest interaction.Pros: Leaving from NY
