First cruise on Nor Dawn in November 2006 ship was broke before leaving port ...capt left anyway, spent 3 nights in Norfolk in the freezing rain, ship didnt provide extra activities to keep us occupied, we did get our $$ back but got back 2 nights early, booked another cruise 07-07-07 paid deposit for 14 people then got a call from Cruise line stating our reservations were to be cancelled with no option but to go the following week because our ship had bee privatly chartered, it turned out to be Rosies Gay vacations that chartered it, in order to go on the same cruise it was $500 more per person, they never gave us other options, kids were extremely disapointed AGAIN!!!! NCL never sent us an apology letter, or any thing, the only thing they were going to give us was $50 per person to book another week Wow!!! you spend that in the first 5 minutes, they canceled 400 cabins for $$$$$ Rosie must have offered more!!Pros: food
Cons: felt like I was in Captivity
