Food and Dining

The food was a BIG disapointment. We went to the main dining rooms for breakfast 2 mornings and the food was cold. We joked that the waiters probably had to run down to the buffet to fix our plates. We ate in the main dining room 2 nights and it was nothing to brag about, very small portions. The only enjoyable part of the main dining meals was our waiter. We ate most of our meals at the Garden buffet. We noticed that most foods that were being served in the main dining room was also being served in the Garden Buffet. Food was ok. We enjoyed talking with the servers. We ate at Cagneys one night and the food was wonderful and we finally got in to the Italian resturant on the last night and it was our favorite. Our waiter was wonderful along with the service. The chocolate buffet was a joke. My last cruise they had different themed buffets every night with wonderful food. I think all the chocolate desserts were bought at Sam's Club....nothing seemed homemade.

We went to 2 shows and did not enjoy either one. Quality was very poor compared to last cruise. We went with another couple and we wanted to dance. On the 50's night we went to the lounge and it seemed the party just started and it was over. We danced a couple slow dances and they had a twisting contest and we were sent on our way. The same with the party around the pool. There was no free dancing, you had to dance the line dances the cruise director was leading. The couple we went with and us wanted so much to just DANCE. It seems the night we all got dressed up there should have been a time of dancing . We just dressed up, ate and had our pictures taken.

Nice size ship, very, very clean and the art work was beautiful. Pool area was clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

We had a balacony stateroom and it was perfect. We never heard the people on either side of us. Our room was always very clean.
