Review summary

This was my 14th cruises, third on NCL. The concept of free style cruising is fantastic,but that does not warrent NCL ripping people off. The main dining rooms have limited your choices, cut down on size of portions to the extent it was almost laughable. My wife and I paid to go to one of the speciality restaurants only to find that the meal there was what used to be served in the main dining rooms for free. Every time we ate at one of the buffets the food was not even warm least of all hot. ____When I called NCL to see if there was any chance of receiving an upgrade on my room I was informed that since I went through a travel I was not entitled to anything through NCL, what a ripoff
